A Heavenly Culinary Experience

From May to August, we welcome you to Celestial by The Jane at La Réserve Resort, Knokke. Our temporary home is located on the sixth floor of this luxurious resort, in a stunning penthouse with panoramic views.

Here, in an intimate setting with only 26 guests per service, Nick and his team will present you with an exclusive menu, carefully crafted to honor the North Sea. The experience is completed by a harmonious blend of aesthetics and culinary excellence.

Celestial by The Jane presents an exclusive menu, carefully curated to offer a refined and unforgettable culinary experience during three lunches and four dinners per week.

Not only the restaurant itself, but also the gastronomic standards are set high. With our dishes, we pay tribute to the North Sea*, while the atmosphere exudes the signature elegance of The Jane, complemented by subtle music and art.

Parking

Green Zone

On weekdays, you can park for free in the green zone. On weekends, during holiday periods, and on public holidays, paid parking is required between 11:00 and 19:00 at a rate of €1.50 per hour, or you can purchase a day ticket for €5.

Above-Ground Parking Near La Réserve Resort

You can park for free and use the charging stations in the above-ground parking at La Réserve Resort. During holiday periods, parking here is only available at a rate of €6 per hour.

Dietary Preferences & Allergies

Celestial is located in a beautiful, luxurious penthouse, where we create an intimate and homely atmosphere. Due to our smaller kitchen and therefore limited logistical possibilities, we are unable to make major adjustments for dietary preferences or allergies.

We want to be transparent about what we can offer (starting from week 21 of the calendar year):
• A fully vegetarian menu (no vegan option).
• Adjustments for allergies for crustaceans, molluscs or fish. If you are allergic to all three, we serve a vegetarian menu.
• Limited gluten adjustments, but no gluten-free bread, and soy sauce remains in the menu.
• Limited lactose adjustments, but not completely excluded.
• Limited mushroom adjustments, but not removed from broth infusions.
• Basic ingredients such as eggs, spinach, citrus, vinegar, garlic, leek, celery, and related ingredients remain in the menu.

If you request an additional dietary adjustment on-site that is possible, a surcharge of €30 per person will be applied.

Extra

Our culinary penthouse is accessible for manual wheelchair users.
Small dogs are allowed.

Reservation Information

We operate with a reservation window of 1 month. Every 9th of the month at 10 AM, the next period is released.

Our residency is open from Thursday evening to Sunday. We welcome you at fixed times:

Lunch: 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM
Dinner: 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM

Reservations for up to 6 people can be made online. For group bookings (7-10 people), please send an email to: celestial@thejaneantwerp.com. Larger groups can only be accommodated by privatizing the restaurant.

Important Information

Additional opening on Monday, May 12 and June 9, for both lunch and dinner.
During the first two weeks of our concept, we are unable to offer a vegetarian menu or a menu without fish, crustaceans, and shellfish.
